Goalkeeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): The Hammers could have been six behind at Bournemouth without him. Key display, delivered and showed some quality. Superb shot-stopping to help achieve a 2-2 draw. Defeat might have ruined their whole season.

Defenders

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's up there for top performer. People will talk Arsenal's squad. He's been the top performer by far.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): You'd have been a crazy Forest fan to say 'He scores and we defeat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. The odds were huge prices on that. He shone. He's becoming a force. He is truly a tough opponent. Delighted to observe his form like last season.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him several occasions the previous season in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled due to errors. However with the Magpies he's been dominant. He has shown really strong and imposing and appears graceful. It looks like he has discovered a perfect fit.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a full-back, rather a modern type in attack. He has proven to be a great purchase for Brighton. Few are astonished at them finding another gem unexpectedly? Many felt when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan it raised eyebrows but Brighton know what they're doing.

Midfielders

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they're in for the identical cause. Their sides were victorious, many mention those who netted, but without these two the sides struggle. They are so good. They halt attacks, they join the offense.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. Many Arsenal fans, including my son, were questioning whether he was the man to lead them to success. Three goals in the key match and now they want to erect a monument of him. Scoring, calmness, he controlled the game. The standout individual on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Possibly the only thing that I agree with Thomas Tuchel on - he has got to a point now where it's going to be extremely tough to bench him. I didn't think he began well the term, I think he seemed somewhat presumptuous and believed he could join to Chelsea, and probably wanted that, but he has adapted well. Two great goals obviously against Leeds pulled his side from a deficit. He made the impact.

Forwards

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he appeared not his usual standard. It seemed he'd lost a yard. But wow. Simply phenomenal. He shone. Outstanding in his movement and through his scoring.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A very notable player. He plays well, usually better as a substitute, but due to Gordon's absence so he has to play. He missed a huge chance against Manchester City at 0-0 with his easiest shot. However showing the psychological strength to enter into challenging moments and net two was great.

Manager

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and beats Arne Slot. A superb tactical approach. It could have been several more for Forest and nobody could have argued.
